Steven was recommended to me when I was looking for a REALTOR to handle the sale of my house. He did a great job explaining the state of the housing market, his approach, and what he could offer. I probably did almost everything backwards in buying my current home and selling my previous home - I found my “dream house” before I was planning to put my old house on the market. When I called Steven and told him I found a house, and it was probably premature, but I wanted to make an offer, he told me it probably was premature but he’d see what t he could do. My offer was accepted (Steven’s reputation was a big factor), and Steven helped me through everything – prepping the old house for sale and going through all the details of buying my dream house.
When what we thought was going to be a standard sale turned into a short sale, he calmed me down when I was sure everything was going to fall through, and helped me not to give up. As a result, I’m living in my dream house and my old house is now someone else’s dream house – a big win all around!

Finding your first house that fits your needs and that you can actually afford to purchase is a daunting venture, especially in these difficult times. That being said, working with Steven to accomplish this feat has been an absolute pleasure. As frustrating as it can sometimes be looking at house after house after house, Steve was always there to pick up my spirits and remind me that the right house is out there, it just needed to be found. Steven Lloyd was recommended to me by a good friend who had a great experience using his services to buy a home. I had a bad experience with a prior agent and was looking for someone who was responsive, proactive and knowledgeable about short sales. My trust in real estate agents was at a low ebb. I am very happy I met and used Steven to help me find my home, and complete the sale. He was very helpful and patient answering all my questions, no matter how basic. Even though busy he ususally returned calls within a couple of hours. Scheduling appointments was easy, and he worked with my schedule.
