 GRI, Graduate, Realtor® Institute The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation is considered the nation's number one real estate designation. It is a real estate industry designation similar to other trade designations, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). The education received in the GRI program is considered by many as the most comprehensive training program available today to Realtors in the United States.  CRS, Certified Residential Specialist® The CRS designation is awarded to the country's top-producing agents. The CRS designation is awarded to experienced GRI Realtors who complete advanced training in listing and selling.  CRB, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide as the measure of success in brokerage and real estate business management. The designation is awarded by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers to Realtors who have completed the Council's advanced educational and professional requirements. The RRC is the only relocation certification offered through the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® or any of its affiliate societies, institutes or councils.  A Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) A Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) has a thorough understanding of complex issues in today’s turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships.  Seniors Real Estate Specialists® (SRES®) Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program. |
